Lunch and Learn: Latrobe Country Club

Come join us at the Latrobe Country Club for lunch on Friday, November 1st! Our guest speaker will be C. Kim Bracey, who is the Executive Director for the Governor’s Center for Local Government Services with the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development.  She oversees the Centers ability to provide a full range of vital programs, training, and services to resolve problems at the local level.  Kim previously served as the City of York’s Mayor from 2010 - 2018 where she oversaw all aspects of local government including an annual $98M budget.  She was also responsible for the general management of the City including the enforcement of all the laws and ordinances serving a population of 44,000 residents.
