Plunge into 2021!  Start the New Year off with a “cool” new tradition. Latrobe-GLSD Parks & Recreation in cooperation with Keystone State Park, and The Loyalhanna Watershed are planning a fun filled family day of Music, Polar Swag and Community. A warming hut will be provided.
